AOM Indonesia is registered as an Indonesian limited liability company and has the business license requirement for the manning agency of Indonesian seafarers (SIUKAK) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation; hence, it complies with all Indonesian regulations and the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006 and its amendments.
The core business of PT. AOM INDONESIA had started from 1996 initially to address the country’s compelling need for a true and professional recruitment, training and employment service provider, and now our company has become a leading supplier of competent and experienced Indonesian personnel for cruise operators, ship-owners, ship-managers and rig-operators while maintaining a large database of personnel with various positions to meet virtually any manning requirement whether individuals, teams or complete crews.
